My question is which do you think would be best for the event? Looking at April its pretty busy with shows, but it does have some openings.. May is packed out between our SCCA races, VW events and Land Speed Racing, so May is out.. March is also out because the weather here is so unpredictable. June seems more appealing ... Its a good thing that we saw this early on and decided to push the date back. Now I am faced with a challenge as to when we should have the event.. I wanted to do it in October, BUT there are too many other events in October already and I don't want to create conflicts. Here in the mountains November gets cold ... The updates to our shop property and the building that I just purchased last week that borders my main facility are going to take longer than I expected to complete at a level I would be happy with for the event. I will post the exact date some time in February after I have a few more weeks to plan the event and prepare for it thoroughly.
