Please sign up if you are going. We will do sign ups early Saturday morning, but it really helps if it is done ahead of time. Get your room booked also. The parking lot party on Friday and Saturday (+ free cook-out) are almost as much fun as the run.

You can still sign up, in fact we usually sign up a few on Saturday morning. We like to have it taken care of before then, but whatever it takes. You can call Clyde to sign up....706-227-2158 or I can give him your info....namely shirt size and name.

Can't wait to try out the SCAT 1.25 rockers in the hills that I won last year.....what will my lucky 'poker' player do this year?

The first stop is at Pappy's Riverside Diner and we will eat lunch there. They only take CASH. If you want to eat bring cash money or plan to borrow it from Thang. He has more money than he knows what to do with.

Hope you guys take some pictures.

Not a good day... Weather was OK, cars were abundant but Mark Opel lost the brakes on his single cab and rolled it.. His Wife was ejected from the vehicle and it almost ended up rolling on top of her..

They are both banged up and she did sheet time at the local Hospital, but amazingly was released with no serious injuries...

Lots of people that saw her fly out of the truck ended up being Traumatized.... Not a good day in the Mountains, but it could have been MUCH worse..

I hate to hear this happen but glad that they were able to leave the hospital hope everyone recovers.

Damn ! We were talking last night bout how we hated missing it...Not so much now.... Glad they are going to be OK....

I was a great day except fpr th wreck. Thanks to the Athens club and to jake for having us at the end of the day.

Thang won a Test & Tune at RAT . Every body got a prize . of some sort or another.

Mark and Christina are banged up pretty good, but will be okay. For that we are very grateful. The first part of the cruise was great (even with a little rain) and we had a good finish at Jake's. The evening cook-out had plenty of food and drink and some of us kept it going late. Sweet Thang actually hung with us and helped close down the bar next door. He even drank with us.

I have a fair amount of video that I took and I hope to get some editing help from one of our club members. If I get his help, I'll put together a DVD of the day.
