It sounds like fun to me. BUT tuning takes a lot longer than a dyno day, since it takes at least 10 runs to do any real tuning and we have to give time for cool down, warm up and jet changes/ etc. Tuning requires the engine to stay at the same temps.. and the gear oil as well.. variables are the enemy.

I'd say at most we could do 5 cars, but even that would require everything going perfectly, no failures, no oil leaks and no ill running engines..

I'd love to do this, if someone wants to organize it for the club I'd be glad to try to work out a time that we can make it happen.. You guys really need the tuning!! Just ask Caveman and Walker!

Sounds good..my schedule is fairly tight, but I may have time toward the end of the month on a Saturday...

Sounds fun, I may ride down just to spectate and twist a wrench if needed.

Ok, Jake is willing to open his schedule for a few cars 3 -5 limit. May 30th tenative date - Jake will post the time once we get closer. ( 125.00 a car with everyone pulling set number of runs to max HP )

Yep, I'll do 3 cars all day for 350.00, or 125.00 each if we do more than that, up to 5.. 3 cars is a much more managable number, but more than 3 people want to do this and need to do this! What are ya'll schedules like on the 23rd of May?? ( I can handle 3 cars all by myself, but if we do more I'll need to have an Employee here, hence the added charges.)

There is no limit to the number of runs that anyone will get, if someone hass to change parts or has an issue they'll roll off the dyno and we'll roll someone else on, then they can come back on once repaired or after their part swap is made..

My Calendar says we are racing on the 30th, thats Memorial Day weekend.. Which is why I chose the 23rd...

So is the race the 23rd or 30th??? (Hell I don't know!)

Memorial Day is Monday, the 25th. You race on the 23rd and 24th.

This damn Calendar that I have says that Memorial Day is on the 30th!!

Oh well, if the race is on the 23rd then we'll have to move it to the 30th, no matter when Memorial Day is!

we need to find out how many cars a going to do? Jake do you want only three cars because threes cars is alot to do in one day. I think we should do only three cars so nobody gets mad because somebody got more time on the rollers then somebody else, but it is up to Jake ?

Good point Justin , you know how tender some of us are. I am in for the 30th if thats the date.

Not to speak for Jake but it sounds like we have several cars and we dont want to overload his time , I am sure this is something that can be done more than one time. Maybe we do three cars and then three in a month of so. just a thought.
