thro back to the 80's
while talking on another forum, I posted up some pics of NoH2o 001. the first car i did while finishing high school. it was my own car that campaigned the midwest solo 2 scene for about 10 plus years. Man if i only knew then what i know now.
pics are at the midwest championship race 1988ish.
anyways - for your laughs - giggles or just plain fun.

re: more pics
Everything I have is in photo's. Didn't have dig back in them days. and the one we did were 2 meg camera's @ 400 plus $...
This car was one of the few to be featured in both HotVw's and VW trends. VW trends was in race trim while the hotvw's was in street car/show car. I think the VW trends issue was the Gene Berg memorial issue. I think the Hotvw's was in 95.
i made some really cool front disc brakes for it back then. I took some t-3 rotors and drilled vent holes in them. I will see if I have that pic.
Motor was 1995cc as rules stated "under 2.O liter" Fk-8 cam, 44's, 10-1 comp, heavily ported stock casting heads.

more pics
found some more photo's. the rest are in the attic, and its too cold. maybe later.
3 inch widen fiberglass fenders. had 8 inchs of rubber on the back and 6 inchs on the front with 15in rims for street driving.
I would put the 13 x 8's and 13 x 6 on it for racing.
